Question

Questions on divorce procedures///HELP

What is the name of your state? Iowa

i am in the process of divorcing my husband. i filed for the petition and got him to sign the acknowdegement and everything. the problem is he did not respond in 20 days and he has not turned in his avidiavat of financial status. the clerk of court and the legal aid cannot answer my questions. i just wanted to know if i have to send him some more paperwork, talk to the judge, or just wait until the 90 days are up and then let the judge take care of it.
