    Quick Divorce in Pennsylvania

What is the name of your state? PA

Are Dominican Republic Divorces recognized in PA? What is the quickest way to get a divorce in Pennsylvania? Both of us have agreed on a no-fault divorce and are amicable and not needing attorneys - we've already agreed on everything.

Do you have kids or real estate?
There are two rules for success:

You'll have to handle the custody, child support, and property settlement in the divorce. When you have children and property, you must settle those issues.

If there are no minor children and both parties agree, then is it recognized in PA?

The US recognizes all valid and legal marriages and divorces that take place in another country. The question is whether or not the Dominican Republic divorce would be considered to be "legal".
