I am the Plaintiff and received Judgement for Uncontested Matrimonial. The Judgement says that Plaintiff is responsible for serving Judgement to Defendant within 30 days.
How do I do this:
- Does the Court automatically do this?
- Will my Attorney send registered mail?
- Is Process Server involved?
