i live in nebraska.
my question is this, i have read that in the state of nebraska, a marriage is considered dissolved after 60 days of the filing, unless for a remarriage, then you must wait 6 months to remarry. so i am wondering if i were to move to england and remarry during this 6 months, will it be a legal marriage in the united states? i cannot seem to find this answer anywhere. any help would be great. thanks...
