removing property?

What is the name of your state? Kansas

Our temporary order said that the only things that my stbx could take was his truck and personal belongings. But, he has thousands of $$ in hand/power tools that we bought because woodworking was our hobby. He has been taking the tools, he also took our 16 ft car trailer and today he came and took another vehicle. All of our 4 vehicles are titled in his name alone. He said that his lawyer told him to come and take these things, but I haven't heard anything from my lawyer about it. I was under the understanding that all of the tools, vehicles, and everything else were considered marital property and would be divided evenly in the divorce. Is he supposed to be hauling these things off or not?

If the temporary order said that he was only to take his truck and personal belongings...then that is all that he was supposed to take. Get ahold of your attorney ASAP...and consider changing the locks.
