What is the name of your state? CO

I have been married for 1 1/2 months and am realizing that I made a huge mistake. Does anyone know the requirements to get an annulment? Also, we were married in Minnesota - if I can't get an annulment do I have to file for divorce there or can it be done in the state I live? Thanks for reading!

I do not know what the grounds are for an annulment in MN or CO. However, do you realize that its almost always quicker, easier and less expensive to get a divorce?

thanks for responding

Thank you very much for responding, I was not aware of that. Do you have to file in the same state you were married?
