What is the name of your state? Maine

My ex-husband's mother is in a nursing home. When we were married, I had signed legal documents giving me co-guardianship of her affairs. Now that we are divorced, I would like my name removed from this document. What do I have to do??

Petition the court that appointed you as co-guardian for you to be discharged.
