What is the name of your state? California
I've searched the forum but can't find this question - sorry if it is a repeat.
I have been served with a summons for divorce and it has a blank response form attached (form FL -120) Ii is a non contested divorce with no property or children. I have been told by a paralegal that I do not have to respond to this summons if I agree with the facts enclosed in it. Is this true? Thank You for any advice.

That is correct, you do not have to respond if there is nothing to contest.
