Restraining order against ex???

in GA --- my wife's ex is constantly driving by our house, slowing down, then speeding away. he also shows up at my work (public place) to I am assuming spy on me plus we receive lots of hangup-s from an untraceable number. What do I have to do to get rid of him? We have equal joint custody of her kids and I would go beathim up but I don't want to lose the kids.

You guessed it correctly -- you need a restraining order.
