It depends on how much work your attorney did.

What does your contract say?

Typically, they will subtract the amount that they spent to date and refund the difference, but not all contracts will read that way. Re-read yours carefully. If you are entitled to a refund, ask the attorney for an accounting of the hours spent and a refund of any remaining balance.
