Retirement fund

What is the name of your state? AZ
Does my wife have the right to half of my retirement fund since I work for the Fed. Govt., seeing that Az. is a community property state and we were married 4 yrs.?

Not certain. I would think she may be entitled to half of whatever portion was acquired DURING THE MARRIAGE.
