Retrieving belongings

What is the name of your state? IL
I am leaving (abusive) husband tomorrow--just taking my things and kids and leaving for my folks (out of state)...on Sunday my father and brother want to come up with a truck and try to "peacefully" retrieve the rest of my belongings....furniture, kids furniture, etc. I do not want to empty the house, just retrieve what is mine (what I brought into marriage)....I know he could prevent this from happening....my question is--do I need to be there on Sunday while they try to do this--I have been through so much already and I just want to get out tomorrow and not have to come back.
