Question:
My request for divorce in proper person was agreed to by husband and attorney in writing following a period of separation where there was no communication by husband(abandonment). Would like to revoke request, work on marriage. Husband wants child support and to proceed w/divorce. Is it too late to withdraw, if not how is custody affected? Currently we share time weekly. Settlement Conf. scheduled for Feb. and Trial March 2009.

If you filed for divorce, you can withdraw the complaint. However, if he wants the divorce, he can then file it anew. He'll eventually get the divorce and you'll spend even more money and time.
