What is the name of your state? GA
My ex-wife of 2 months feels that she can enter my house and my son's room anytime she wants. She seems to take inventory of all the items and sometimes leaves with certain things. I, not wanting to confront her in front of my son, called her and told her that this can not happen anymore. She now is threating to take me back to court and states she has every legal right to enter my home. What are my legal grounds? |

OP, is this a joke posting? | This is not a joke. Last time she came over to bring his medicine. While there she encouraged my son to take a look in his room. Then invited herself to read books for his bedtime. I don't want to start an arguement in front of my son so I let it go until after he was asleep and called her. Other times she comes over to pick him up or drop him off. I didn't have a problem with her coming in my house but now this caseing the joint has been the breaking point. |
