What is the legal format for the right to privacy inside of a marriage? My husband and I have already filed for divorce, but several weeks after the filing he went through the contents of my work briefcase and removed personal correspondences. He has since used these correspondences to jepordize my job. Am I entitled to any privacy in this situation. The briefcase was my case and not one shared with my spouse. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
