I have not yet filed for divorce and my wife knows that I want a divorce. She has recently borrowed money under her name as an attempt to complicate the issue. What can I do to alleviate this kind of action?
Also, my wife wants me to leave the house. She has Borderline Personality Disorder and she can be very aggressive, abusive, and undermining at the drop of a hat. I can leave, but I have been advised that it is best for a party not to leave the house until a settlement is reached. What would be the disadvantage, if any, for me leaving my home at this stage?
