| Thanks.....I am trying to go ahead and get the ball moving. My spouse and I share nothing....no joint accounts, property, vehicles, etc. We do however share 2 children and the only thing we would need to agree on is vistation which we have. So, can we fill this form out together and I take it to an attorney and have him draw up the papers? I don't know if there is a way around hiring an attorney for a divorce or not, even though the spouses are in complete agreement on all grounds. |

| Maybe a paralegal. An amicable divorce is not that complicated if you're reasonably intelligent Lots of stories here about what not to do... |
