What is the name of your state? SC/VA

I signed a pre-nup in 2001 in the state of VA.....We moved to SC and my husband had bought alot of property in his name...is the pre-nup still valid since it is out of state and would I be entitled to any of this property? It has been about a month and ahalf since we have been separated and I think he has waited to file for divorce to change the name on his homes to someone else, so his name will not be on them. If he does this, is there anything that I can do to show that the names have changed recently?

If you seriously want to attempt to overturn a prenup, then you NEED an attorney. It is NOT a DIY project.
