SC LawWhat is the name of your state? South Carolina I have a seperation agreement where nothing is being contested by either party. My question is...1) Do we have to sign this and have it witnessed in front of a magistrate or 2) can we sign it, have it witnessed and notorized and file it ourselves in the magistrate courts office? Any info would be appreciated! |

| In order for it to be valid, it would have to be signed by both of you and then also filed with the court and approved by the court. |
