I live in NY and I am trying to divorce a missing spouse. We have not been in contact in over 10 yrs and I do not know her social sercurity number. Is it possible to still get divorce? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Yes, it is possible, but you probably need an attorney.

Did you ever file taxes jointly? If you get a copy of your return, you'll have her social security number.
