ok, I know this sounds like it belongs on the Jerry Springer show. My 73 yr old father has been having relationships with young Japanese women online and sending them gifts, etc against my mother's wishes. He up and went to Japan yesterday. My 70 yr old mother does not want him to return to their home and wants to start the separation/divorce papers. She is planning to get a protective order against him as he is quite abusive and volatile. Other then that we dont' even know where to begin but want to do something asap while he is out of the country! Thank you for any advice/assistance!!

You got the best advise from Belize...but I will add some...you need to take your mom to the bank etc., to close all bank accounts etc. NOW. Do you have any idea how much money your dad could spend in a short amount of time????? ARG
