separation

I'm saparated from my spouce and we drew up are own saperation agreemendt.We also had the agreement noterized. In Pa. is this legal? If he doesn't live up to the agreement can I take him to court?Could I win?

In Pennsylvania, there is no such legal status as being "legally separated." You are single, married or a widow(er).
