Separation

What is the name of your state? PA

I HAVE BEEN SEPARATED FOR 11 YEARS - DO I NEED MY HUSBAND
TO SIGN FOR THE DIVORCE?

I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IF YOU ARE SEPARATED FOR A FEW YEARS IT WOULD BE AUTOMATIC - IS THIS CORRECT?

It is not automatic that you are divorced. You still have to file. Have you been legally separated or just not with him? A legal separation is different than him just moving out. Not that that matters because it doesn't change the fact that you have to file for divorce and give him notice of the proceedings and what not.
