Separation

What is the name of your state? PA

NOT LEGALLY SEPARATED - JUST LIVING APART FOR 10 YEARS BUT HE
WON'T SIGN THE DIVORCE PAPERS.

DOn't make a new thread. Post this to your other thread. File for divorce, it will be contested, tell the judge your side and go from there. He doesn't have to sign the papers necessarily. The judge can issue an order dissolving the marriage.

Uncontested divorce after 2 years, didn't need her x to sign the papers. But the seperation was documented.
