Separation

can someone file for a legal separation on any grounds or is there certain reasons you have to have. i am having problems but not sure yet. (delaware)

My response:

In Delaware, you don't need "grounds" for a separation; albeit, you don't even need grounds for divorce - - all States have provisions for "No Fault" divorce.

law

i am in the military in n.c. ,but got married in louisiana i was wondering if it is possible to get my divorce in la.
