Separation

NC-Married only 14 months. I was debt free w/excellent credit rating, he had recently filed bankruptcy. With alot of help from him, we have occured 27K in credit card debt. He is moving to Las Vegas and has said he could only come up with about 6K. I will be left with the mortgage, a car payment, and the rest of debt. Every debt is listed in my name only. His name is on mortgage deed. I may be forced to file bankruptcy if I can't offload some of the debt. I have 19K in a 401K, he has 1K in his. What rights do I have?
