Separation Agreement

undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Virginia

My question: How long is a separation agreement valid if it has never been voided or amended? Having had a legal separation agreement drawn up we got back together after a year then separated once again. It's now been close to two years and we are wanting a divorce.... nothing has changed except we no longer have any minor children. Is this still a valid agreement that can be used?
