separation, child supportIn regards to a legal separation in the state of georgia I was wondering if spousal support (alimony) being paid now will have any effect on an upcoming child support issue from another relationship. I was just given child support orders from the child support enforcement office for a child I never knew existed. If I'm paying about 65% of my gross income in alimony under a separation order and 17% gross in child support to my x-wife how will the child support enforcement authorities hit me on another child that I never knew about? Especially on what little I have left to live on. Thanks. |

He returned to georgia. i still have a georgia drivers license and i'm paying georgia state taxes. do i have to be physically in georgia to file for divorce and if not, how long do i have to wait to file? i've been in north carolina for 10 months now. i'm filing my divorce on grounds of cruelty and abuse. |
