What is the name of your state? California

My Girl friend and I brought a child into this world, but things change during the course of time. Basically she stated in her Application order, that
1) I hit her "In the head"
2) Verbally abused her in the early years when we moved in together.
3) She accussed me of having an anger management issue and emotionally unstable.

I am afraid, we have been together for 4 years and she is seeking for sole legal custody of our son, supervised visitation at her parents home, with her parents and her in the house.

What should I do? I want to also have a parental rights as a father.
