separation issuesWhat is the name of your state? Colorado My husband and I want to separate but do not want to divorce due to finances and the children. Can we distribute property and arrange child care issues but still reside in the same house? We are not financially able to pay for two households but can equip and apartment for one us. |

| Of course you can do those things! You are under no court order to do anything. Until such time as someone turns control of the adults and the children over to the courts via divorce and custody rulings, you and your husband are the ones who make the decisions.
