my husband finally says he'll try and see if we can work this out one more time his way. this includes my baby and i continuing to stay at my mothers until he decides that i have changed. if i come back he will make me pay the $900.00 house payment and he will leave. my name is on the mortgage. will this happen if i do go back to my own house with my baby. if you try and work things out, you have to be together. please help me know my rights. geogia
