I have a question. I got married last year, and now my husband wants a divorce. He says it is because of my kids, but I just think he is not in love. Anyway, I am trying to find out my rights. He put me out of the house in 4 months ago and refuse to offer any support. I am overloaded with bills and not sure what direction I need to go. Is there a possibility I could get the house or spousal support. Before he put me out the house we were only together 7 mths (in marriage). Now, he is taking his time in proceeding with the divorce. I know our marriage was only for a short period of time, but do I have any rights.
