Could my boyfriend be considered having an adulterious affair, even though he has left his wife (over a year now, for the purpose of divorce)but they did not have a separation agreement signed. He pays for all of her expenses, and they are working on the final financial settlement. This is in NC. But he lives in Tx. He hasn't told anyone in his family that he is now in a relationship.
