I live in California, and have been separated for 16 years. All other matters have been resolved. What do I need to do for a final judgment of dissoulution of marriage?

Your need to file your Petition for Dissolution in the Family law department of Superior court with your filing fee of $194.00. But, in order to do that, you're going to need an attorney. Failing that, then there are many fine "How to" books on the subject in the "Legal" section of your neighborhood Barnes & Noble Booksellers.
