Seperated over a year already

What is the name of your state? AL
November 04 my husband decided he no longer wanted to be married, I was surprised & shocked because we had only been married about 8 months. I had to move to AL due to the fact that he kicked me out w/ no where to go. I have been patient w/ him & tried to either work things out or have a "civil" divorce, but he hasn't agreed to anything. My question is we were married in TX because were are both from there, but I have had to move to AL, but can I file for divorce here in AL or do I have to do it in TX?

As long as you have been living in AL for more than six months, you can file in AL
