What is the name of your state? Florida
My daughter has recently seperated from her husband or only 3 month. My question is if they were to get a divorce would she be intitled to any part of his home. which is only under his name and he owned before they were married?

My response:

What would ever give you the idea that after a 3-month marriage that your daughter would be entitled to anything, except perhaps, the clothes on her back?
