Hi, I live in New York. My wife and I are in the process of getting seperated. I would like to know how the laws of Adultery would affect us.

I think my wife might be cheating on me. If I found this to be true and we were seperated at the time would it still be concidered adultery??

Thank you in advance for your advice,

Jay

Does it really matter?...if the marriage is over its over. I realize that it's traumatic, but what do you really gain by proving adultery?
