Seperation and dating

My husband and I are currently legally seperated. We have filed for a no-fault divorce. The waiting period is one year. If you are legally seperated can either of us date in the waiting period prior to the final divorce?

You can even date when your married if you want. Not that either is right but none of it is against the law. If your nat in a custody battle or fighting over stuff where it could be used against you then go for it. The danger would be if there is still stuff at stake.
