seperation help

What is the name of your state? Kentucky
My husband is in jail and I want him to stay gone. Can I legally keep him from coming back home if his name is on the lease. Please help me he gets out on the 15th of July.

Get a restraining order.

What did he get arrested for?...that might give you grounds for a restraining order.
