What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan
If a couple have cohabited together for 30 years. They are not marriage (in the state of Michigan) will they be entitled to any of the other parties assets? To further confuse the situation, one party has a disease that has made her incapable of working, however, her relative paid off her home. Both of their names are on the house. Any info will help. Thanks
