My wife owned the house before I moved in. Since then she has remortgaged to a 15 year and I have been paying to the mortgage for two years. She has also asked me to write a statement that I have no equity in the house, her second house or her business. (A post nup) She is also holding financial lose against me because she had to watch my son (previous) after school a few times a week. She is also holding me accountable for all the credit card debt that we built up. Most of this expense was for the wedding and for family activity purchasing stuff for the house. These cards are all in my name. The checking account my name. She is starting to hide marital assets that we have acquired together.

I want to get this over with quickly by splitting it all down the middle. She can keep the house, the second house and I want nothing to do with her business.
Where do I stand? What can I do with out being petty.
