After 15yrs and 3yrs + of arguing and subjecting our 2boys (3 & 6yr of age) to a hateful envirement, we have taken steps to seperating. She has asked me to leave on several occasions (after a lot of loud bickering) When I finally made the step out the door, she asked not to go.... I left anyway. She has since said I abandoned her and my boys. It's been about a month plus since. I have made every effort to maintain my presence to my boys and have been "civil" with my wife in front of them. Did I reliquish any rights to my boys when i moved out? We have no formal seperaton papers filed. Nothing in writing.
