help please. I have been married for 20 yrs, my husband is very unreliable and has been for some time, I am tired of being the 1 who worries and cosiders everything but my own happiness.
Problem, we have AN 11 yr. old son, he does not of course want us to split, what are the custody laws in missouri, secondly, majority of bills are in my name and 3rd he refuses to leave house and give me any of the marital assets? Son swears he will not have anything to do with me if i leave can courts correct that?? i am tired of being last and it is time i consider me I do not want a divorce but am considering seperation! thanks rita63137
