Settlement due to herpes?

I gave my wife genital herpes 15+ years ago from an extramarital affair. Today we are considering divorce once again because of my recent infidelity, no STDs involved.
My wife says that she is entitled to a putative award because of the herpes. Is she legally entitled to more than 50% of assets because of herpes?

Putting personal feelings aside, any claim she might have had was destroyed when she forgave you for them and allowed you back into her life and marriage bed. It's like forgiving a debt, you can't go back and 'take it back' like kids when you get mad. Even if she tries that, you have a legitimate defense of already forgiven and paid for in full.
