What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I am in Washington state

I have been out of the country for the past five months and during this time my wife has cleaned out the money in out investments and bank accounts,so now I have very little money to get a lawyer and she has a huge sum. I got the Statement from the bank ,so I know she has the money. How can I get half the money back ,so I can afford a lawyer and to live. I just got served the divorce papers yesterday 12,4,2016.

You're not going to get any money back any time soon (if at all). You need an attorney - I'm sorry, I know that sounds obvious, but it's true.
