She returned the ring, and now wants it back again!!!

What is the name of your state? VA.

I'm currently separated from my wife. She returned her diamond ring to me recently and now she wants it back again. What does this mean?**************. What does it REALLY mean if I've misplaced it????
Any thoughts?
