Now she says she did not ask for the divorce and will not sign any seperation agreement..what now? How else do we seperate without risk, if she will not sign?

Did the attorney draw up the agreement? Was she "served" with papers?

If your ex is being uncooperative then you really need a lawyer to make sure your rights. You need someone on your side helping you if your up against a difficult ex.
