Cool

She's driving me mad!!!

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? I live in SC and my wife has been telling me since last November that she does not want to be married to me anymore. She insists she is moving out of our house but is doing nothing to get it done. She also is not paying anything towards the mortgage but insists that I pay half of all the other bills in both our names . I am about to put all the bills in my name and kick her out . Will this hurt my attempt to get custody of our two boys ?

You can't kick her out. Its her house too. If you actually do it then yes it could hurt your chances of getting custody.

Do things in the proper manner. File for divorce and let the judge make the decisions regarding who leaves, and when, in due course.
