shes not happy she wont leave!! help

What is the name of your state? Connecticut
My girlfriend and I have been together for 6 years. about 2years ago we bought a house.. together. I am the primary on the mortgage.
We have a joint checking account, however my paycheck is the only check that gets directly deposited into the account. She doesnt put any money in the account at all.
I have a home inprovement loan onthe home as well, this loan is in my name only. I have a car payment which is in my name only as well.
She works and will buy grocerys.

Whatever her problem is, she wont talk to me sometimes for 2 weeks straight. she has become verbally abusive to me, and started to do some very strange things. I am worried and scared. I sleep with my bedroom door locked.
she has stated that she is not happy anymore. I am not either.
I have tried to sit and talk with her to try and work out some sort of split.
but she wont talk to me, but she also says she wont leave either!!
She has stopped buying grocerys or even shopping for them even with my money.
Seeing that I am the primary on the mortgage, the car loan is in my name, and the home improvement loan is in my name, what are my legal rights?

The mortgage isn't the question. Whose name is on the title?

If she is on the title/deed...the house equally belongs to her and she doesn't have to leave. The car loan and the issue of the groceries is completely irrelevant. Your only solution would be to file a petition to partition the property, so that a judge orders it to be sold and the proceeds split. Depending on how the home improvement loan was used...that may factor in differently. Otherwise, you are going to have to make an agreement with her to buy out her share of the property. This means refinancing the loan in your name only...for enough to buy out her share of the equity.

You need to close the joint bank account.
