Similar question to lms0509, which I'm asking againWhat is the name of your state? CA I wondered at what point stuff stops going into the communty property, and from what I can gather from responses to LMS0506's post, it looks like it accrues until the time of the actual hearing on division of assets -- regardless of legal separation and dissolution of marriage (this was done as a bifurcation, obviously). Is that right? |
